Winter Wonderland – Yoga & Dog Sledding retreat (THE Boundary Waters Area)

Join us for 4 days of adventures in a winter wonderland! You can expect days of exploring nature as well as time for yoga, meditation, self-reflection and group workshops.
This will be a “Choose Your Own Adventure” with 1/2 day offerings of dog sledding, show shoeing, cross country skiing and other winter activities.
The deadline to register is January 5th!
what’s included
Lodging, yoga classes, all snacks and meals, morning guided meditation sessions, 4 workshops, winter activities, outdoor/wilderness guides and supplies for dog sledding, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and hiking.
lodging
The heated cabins hold several occupants each. There is no single occupancy. Bathrooms are located in a heated outhouse just up the boardwalk about 20 feet away.
cost (investment)
Total cost is $700 with a $200 deposit.
cancellation policy
- If canceling more than 6 weeks out, all but $100 will be refunded
- If canceling less than 6 weeks out, 50% will be refunded
- There is no refund for cancellations less than 2 weeks out

Join Jennifer Gray and Cody Cooper for a yoga and soul exploration retreat at the Moondance Sanctuary in Sedona, AZ. This shared retreat house has a pool, meditation/yoga space and is a short drive from the main strip of Sedona.
