The Yoga Center Retreat offers a variety of live online yoga workshops to help create an ongoing sense of balance and well-being. Each workshop supports a journey of personal growth and self-discovery by nurturing practices that empower life. From the practices of asana (physical poses) to meditation and breathwork, each workshop allows you to study, grow and invigorate your practice.
Our yoga workshops are an opportunity to deep dive into select asanas, to Ayruvedic teachings and yoga philosophies. From beginner all the way to prenatal yoga, each workshop has the benefit of creating a more joyous and grateful life.
Each week there are a wide range of 2-hour and 3-hour workshops where you can learn, experience and expand your limits. Workshops are taught by experts on their area of yoga education and embrace class dialogue to deepen your understanding of each topic. From certified instructors to featured guest teachers from around the world, we often add new classes to our schedule, based on feedback from our yoga community as to new workshops of interest.
The online yoga workshops encourage yogis to step out of their comfort zone and embrace a community dedicated to discovering their mission, following intuition and experience a life of well-being.
