Remember how excited you were to head off to summer camp with your girlfriends? Recapture that excitement with a long weekend that feels like sleep-away camp, but with luxe upgrades such as King-sized beds, catered dinners and yoga overlooking the lake. Gather and connect with other women at the Hillman Retreat House, located 2 hours north of the Twin Cities and just minutes west of Mille Lacs Kathio State Park. Your yoga camp counselors Jennifer Golden and Mary McCallum will keep you both active and relaxed with yoga and paddleboarding.

accommodations

The Hillman Retreat House is an 13-bedroom, 6-bathroom vacation home and retreat center that was originally built in 1925 as a mission house for the Catholic church. It has been extensively renovated for modern comfort while keeping the integrity of the original house.

what’s included

  • 3 nights lodging
  • 2 brunches, 3 catered dinners, snacks and non-alcoholic beverages
  • 2 yoga classes each day (morning Vinyasa, evening Restorative)
  • Use of a paddleboard (you are encouraged to bring your own)
  • Paddleboard yoga with Jennifer Golden (weather permitting)
  • 2-hour forest therapy walk with certified forest bathing guide, Mary McCallum (weather permitting)

  • Shared occupancy (2 sharing one King bed): $750
  • Private occupancy (1 King bed): $875

PAYMENT & cancellation policy

  • A $250 deposit saves your spot. Once registered, the deposit is NON-REFUNDABLE.
  • The remaining balance is due on or prior to May 31st, 2026
  • If canceling on or prior to May 31st, 2026, 50% will be refunded, minus the $250 deposit
  • There is no refund for cancellations made on or after June 1st, 2026
  • Monthly payment plans are available

  • 3pm: Paddleboard Yoga
