The Yoga Center Retreat is a vibrant community dedicated to yoga, meditation, and the training of well-prepared yoga teachers. Our in person and online daily drop-in classes hosts students of every age, size, race, and gender, and our yoga workshops and retreats will help you grow your practice.
We are located right in St. Louis Park, MN and our studio boasts three fully-accessible yoga spaces, a meditation room, and wellness services such as massage therapy. Our carefully curated boutique offers books and props, along with handmade jewelry and gifts created by local and national artisans.

We’ve been training exceptional yoga teachers in the Twin Cities for more than 20 years as a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training School. All of our training programs are available in person for locals and accessible to students all over the country via ZOOM.
