The Yoga Center Retreat is a thriving community that is dedicated to the practice of yoga, meditation and the training of well-prepared yoga teachers. Our daily drop-in classes are offered both in person and online, in addition to a wide variety of yoga workshops to grow your practice. The local and destination retreats we offer throughout the year gives you the opportunity to relax, refresh and re-energize.
Our studio is located in St. Louis Park, MN, right next to door to Edina. Our space includes three bright and airy studios, a meditation room, massage therapy and other wellness services. You can also shop at our colorful boutique which features a carefully curated selection of handmade jewelry, gifts and home decor created by local and national artisans.

For more than 20 years we have certified the best yoga instructors in the country with our 200 hour and 300 hour programs. We are a Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher Training School and offer both in person and online options.
