Balance and movement are a significant part of life, fortunately Kristine attended a vinyasa yoga class taught by her aunt at a very young age. There was a sense of peaceful bliss after her first class. She dove deep to discover a style of her own and used it for meeting demands that life asks.
After feeling drawn to complete 230 hours of yoga study resulting in a training certification from Yoga Center of Minneapolis, Kristine furthered her training in a 300 hour course with Gina Caputo and the Colorado School of Yoga. Kristine enjoys creative intelligent sequences where the body flows through unique transitions. Kristine focuses on creating and holding safe space where students can experience building a fluid vinyasa practice, actively engaging the body to draw out more connection with oneself. Kristine helps people build strength in their relationships by creating awareness in movement, while experiencing the peace that comes with being mindfully present with the here and now this has been one of life’s greatest gifts.
