Carlton Morris has been a yoga practitioner for over 35 years, and a Zen practitioner for over 20 years. He has been teaching yoga for almost two decades. Early in his practice he learned that the actions and principles of yoga could reduce the pain, and heal, from a previous football injury. He has found that asana, yoga poses, and meditation continue to inform each other, providing insight into the mind body connection. Over the years through his practice Carlton has developed more symmetry in his body, creating increased strength, flexibility, and energy. Carlton believes the teacher gives his students the experience of yoga through his body with the intent to accelerate and assist the
student own body ‘s awakening.
