Carlton Morris has been a yoga practitioner for over 35 years, and a Zen practitioner for over 20 years. He has been teaching yoga for almost two decades.
Early in his practice he learned that the actions and principles of yoga could reduce the pain and aid in healing from a football injury. He has found that asana, yoga poses, and meditation continue to inform each other, providing insight into the mind/body connection. Throughout his practice over the years Carlton has developed more symmetry in his body, increasing his strength, flexibility, and energy.
Carlton believes that teachers give students the experience of yoga through their bodies with the intention to guide and accelerate the awakening of the student’s own own body.
